This way our support professional can make sure your problem is dealt with as soon as possible. You can also call this line if you are unable to submit a service ticket online. Our service coordinator will be able to create and expedite your ticket so that you get Red Five quality service exactly when you need it.  

Additionally, we’ve created an online service ticketing system that allows you to fill out a service ticket from your own computer whenever you have a moment, and without disrupting your day. Just fill out the required information, and give us a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. Your ticket will then be electronically sent to our Help Desk, where the problem will be addressed and quickly taken care of.
