For more flexibility, you can even set up certain blocks of time for scheduled repairs, updates, and general maintenance. Our blocktime service allows you to purchase service hours at a significantly lower price, while still providing you with quality Red Five IT customer service, which includes identification of the problem, research, analysis and resolution of issue, as well as email and phone follow-up, to ensure that whatever the problem was, it has been wholly taken care of.
Monthly Service Contracts
We also offer monthly service contracts for customers who need higher levels of IT insurance. For a monthly contract, we will work directly with you to better understand your needs, and then design the contract around those needs – whether they be scheduled maintenance, help desk support, or remote monitoring.
